HOW TO ACCESS A FREE E-BOOK COPY OF
HATHA YOGA ILLUSTRATED
By Kirk and Boon
The LACC library owns an electronic copy of Hatha Yoga Illustrated. Your students can all access this ebook concurrently* (see note below).
Please share with your students:
Martin Kirk, et al. Hatha Yoga Illustrated. Human Kinetics, Inc, 2006. EBSCOhost.
Students will use the following login:
of your first name, plus the of your last name, plus the of your student identification number.
The of your birthday, as given in the school records, with the form
Example: A student named Joanna Smith, born on January 26, with the student identification number 881234567, would have:
: josm34567: 0126
Their login will start working the first day of the semester, so long as they are actively enrolled in class.
To access the full text, they have 3 options: PDF Full Text, EPUB Full Text, and Full Download.
The Full Download option is actually somewhat of a misnomer and is a digital checkout. They will need to create a new ebsco login and download Adobe Editions to read it that way. I find the easiest and best way is to go to PDF Full Text. They can read right in the page, and they can also download portions of the book (100 pages per session).
Here is a short guide on how to use the ebooks if you'd like to share with students:
